Ozarks Community Hospital

Ozarks Community Hospital in Springfield, Missouri has an immediate opening for a primary care physician at the OCH Christian County Clinic in Nixa. For family practice physicians looking for an “old fashioned” independent practice, OCH offers the freedom of an independent practice without the hassle of overhead and staff management. Even though OCH is a multi-campus health system with 80 employed providers, its focus on primary care makes it seem more of a large group practice. The first year salary range is $160,000 - $200,000. Compensation is 100% production-based after the first year and some OCH family practice physicians earn as much as $400,000 or more. The OCH health system encompasses two hospitals and 15 clinics located throughout southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas. Please visit our website for more information: www.ochonline.com.
