Ozarks Community Hospital

Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, Arkansas has an immediate opening for a primary care physician at the OCH of Gravette Clinic. For family practice physicians looking for an “old fashioned” independent practice, OCH offers the freedom of an independent practice without the hassle of overhead and staff management. Even though OCH is a multi-campus health system with 80 employed providers, its focus on primary care makes it seem more of a large group practice. OCH is the antithesis of a specialty-care focused medical tower. Physician compensation is “payor blind” determined by work RVU independent of collections and overhead. Compensation for established OCH primary care physicians ranges from $180,000 to $360,000. The OCH health system encompasses two hospitals and 17 clinics located throughout southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas.
