The Department of Internal Medicine at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences and Oklahoma State University Medical Center is dedicated to teaching students, residents, and fellows how to prevent, diagnose, and treat diseases that affect adults. Their training at OSU-CHS and OSUMC will learn how to handle diseases from simple to complex, how to solve perplexing diagnosis, chronic illnesses and several different illnesses striking at the same time.
Those who which to specialize may choose from one of the following subspecialties: Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology (starting July 1, 2010), and Oncology (in the near future).
