NOTICE: The OSU Center for Health Sciences CME office will be closed from December 18th through January 1st, 2018 for Winter Break. If you need a physical CME credit letter before the end of the year, you must have all courses completed by December 15th, 2017. If you do not require a physical credit letter, but need the credits by the end of 2017 you must complete all courses by 5pm CST, December 31st, 2017. Credit letters for courses finished by then will be post-dated to indicate they were finished in 2017. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We wish you a Happy Holiday Season!
