All M.S. programs and options have Internet courses, which involve a supplemental off-campus fee, as listed below.  In addition, participants must have computer skills, equipment, and Internet access required for full participation.

Oklahoma resident Tuition* $223.30 per credit hour
Non-resident Tuition* $849.20 per credit hour


Supplemental Off-Campus Fee (Web courses)  $25.00 per credit hour
Student Technology Services Fee (all courses) $9.68 per credit hour
Library Automation Fee (all courses) $5.00 per credit hour
Student Activity Fee (on-campus courses only) $7.72 per credit hour
Wellness Center Fee (on-campus students only) $7.29 per credit hour
Laboratory Fee (for on-campus laboratory courses) $125.00 per course
Student Health Fee $4.50 per credit hour
Printing Fee (on-campus students only) $1.53 per credit hour

Other Fees

Application - M.S. applicants (International applicants - $75.00) $50.00  
Application - Non-degree seeking (U.S. citizens only) $25.00  
Transcript: Free first 10 copies
  (after 10 copies) $3.00 each
Graduation (graduating semester): $40.00

Academic Common Market/Electronic Campus Waiver

Students in the M.S./Forensic Science Administration and M.S./Forensic Document Examination options who reside in the following states may qualify for reduced tuition under provisions of the Academic Common Market/Southern Regional Education Board: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.
