CHS Emergency Operations Manager Dale Chapman, left, President Howard Barnett and Chief Engineer Nathan Huffstetler meet with Gov. Mary Fallin.

Gov. Mary Fallin and Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett met with reporters at the OSU Center for Health Sciences on Friday evening after touring areas of the city damaged by last week’s storms.

In addition to addressing reporters, Fallin and Bartlett met with President Howard Barnett and members of the OSU-CHS emergency response team during the stop.

The Forensic Sciences and Biomedical Research Center’s roof was torn off by the destructive winds associated with storms that rolled through the area Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, which left thousands without power.  Major debris clean up on campus was completed by Friday.
