OSU in Tulsa Health Fair offers free flu shots, screenings
OSU-CHS and OSU-Tulsa students, faculty and staff can take advantage of several free services during the OSU in Tulsa Health Fair on Tuesday, Nov. 19 from noon to 4 p.m. in OSU-Tulsa Main Hall Commons.
Participants can receive a flu vaccination, enjoy healthy snacks and donate blood to the Oklahoma Blood Institute. Blood donors will receive a free T-shirt and be entered in a drawing to win tickets to the Bedlam football game on Dec. 7. Cholesterol, audiology and body fat screenings will be offered. Students can enter to win a Fitbit Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale and faculty and staff can register for a drawing to receive OSU gear. My Fit Foods will offer free samples during the fair.
The OSU-CHS Health Care Center, OSU-Tulsa Wellness Center and OSU Medical Clinic will share information about services available for students, faculty and staff. For more information about the health fair, contact Jeremiah Watkins, OSU-Tulsa wellness coordinator, at 918-594-8147.
