Under this policy each college establishes procedures for filing disclosures, administrative review of the disclosures, and management of conflicts. Information on college procedures can be obtained by contacting the appropriate college dean's office.

Because every COI situation is different, it is not possible to provide a universal management plan. Department chairs, departmental or college COI committees or others responsible for COI management should use this document to assist in the development of Conflict of Interest Management Plans that adequately address the issues specific to each instance of COI.
